West Coast Chef School's assessors have years of Hospitality experience to ensure quality training.

With more than 15 years experience as a chef lecturer and SACA Judge, Fransa Mouton decided to take over the reins from Gerhard, to share her passion for great food with the West Coast. 

Chef Heinrich Mouton has more than 20 years hospitality industry experience. He assists in training young chefs to the highest standard of either basic cooking or skills needed to work in the finest restaurants in the world.
