West Coast Chef School is a small intimate culinary school that is a City and Guilds International approved and accredited centre.
In January 2014 the West Coast Chef School changed ownership. With more than 10 years experience as a chef lecturer and SACA Judge, Fransa Mouton decided to take over the reins from Gerhard, to share her passion for great food with the West Coast. Together with husband Heinrich, who has more than 17 years hospitality industry experience, they plan to train chefs to the highest standard of either basic cooking or skills needed to work in the finest restaurants in the world.
Our school offers a variety of accredited courses as well as non accredited short courses.
